Sign Up for a FlexiNet Hotspot Account
- If you are an existing FlexiNet Internet customer (i.e. Dial-Up, ADSL Broadband, Wireless Broadband, Cable Broadband, etc…) you are eligible to use your FlexiNet email address & password with this service. You do not need to sign up for a Hotspots account.
- If you are a FlexiNet hosted customer (i.e. you have a website with us) you are not eligible to access the FlexiNet hotspot service using your FlexiNet hosted email address(es). You will need to sign up for a hotspots account, or get your FlexiNet account extended to allow hotspot access.

If you have obtained a FlexiNet Hotspot Access Card you do not need to sign up to use this service however, you will need to Activate your hotspot access card before it can be used.
Signing up for a FlexiNet Hotspot service is only required if you are not a FlexiNet customer and/or do not have a Hotspot Access Card. You may login using the codes listed on your Hotspot Access Card.

If none of the above points apply to you, feel free to sign up for a hotspots account online to gain access to the internet.
The whole signup process involves six (6) steps, and takes approximately three (3) minutes to complete.
